After applying the fix the queue is going down. Our infra team is monitoring the system and the wait time should decrease on the MacOS stacks.

Identified

We are experiencing high queues on our MacOS stacks, especially our Xcode 10.1 stack. The fix for this is currently applied to the machines.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this!
