Update

Build system turned off, no new builds can start while we wait for the running builds to finish.

Investigating

We'll stop the build subsystem first, for a short time no build will be registered; every build call will be ignored. Once we don't have any running builds we'll switch to the new queue system and re-enable the build subsystem. If everything goes as planned the whole switch won't take more than a couple of minutes, but we'll have to wait for ongoing builds to finish first.
