GitHub webhooks not triggering builds

The issue seems to be resolved, we did not see missing webhooks on our test GitHub repositories for a while now.

Update

It seems to be a partial issue, some webhooks are missing, others are delivered (you can check your repository's Webhook history on GitHub).

Identified

It seems since about 20 minutes ago GitHub stopped sending webhooks (not just to bitrise.io, but any webhook). This issue is not reported on their status page yet.
