This incident has been resolved.

Update

System remained stable and new builds are processed with no delay. Previously started builds might still experience a slight delay to start. We're still closely monitoring the system but at this time we don't know about any issue which would affect newly triggered builds.

Monitoring

Fix implemented, and we verified that macOS builds can now proceed and get virtual machines. We're monitoring the system.

We believe we identified the root cause of the issue, we're working on a fix.

Investigating

MacOS builds fail to get a virtual machine and so fail to start at the moment. We believe it's related to the earlier https://status.bitrise.io/incidents/16ntjgywf092 issue but we're still investigating.
