Queues depleted, everything's back and working as expected. We're still closely monitoring the system.

Monitoring

We found the issue that prevented certain stacks' virtual machine creation and fixed the issue. We no longer see errors related to virtual machine creation, builds are running as usual. There's a slight build queue due to the incident, but it's depleting quickly.

We detected another issue which affects other macOS stacks as well, preventing virtual machine creation for those.
