Update

The root cause has been identified and fixed. We are no longer seeing elevated hanging build rates, but we will be continuing to monitor.

Update

A possible root cause was identified and we rolled back a previous system change. We are monitoring the build statuses and at the same time investigating the root cause

A fix was released. However, the issue has not been fully resolved. We are continuing to monitor and adjust accordingly.
